Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products

All products sold through Photography Biz Success — including guides, planners, templates, and other digital downloads — are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, either as a direct download or via emailed access link.

Because delivery happens immediately, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you normally have the right to cancel an order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun, provided you were informed of this before purchase and gave your consent to begin delivery immediately.

By completing a purchase of any digital product from Photography Biz Success, you confirm that you understand and accept that you lose this cancellation right as soon as your download or access begins.

Faulty or Inaccessible Files

If a file is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or you’re unable to access your purchase due to a technical issue on our end, please [contact us] within 7 days of purchase and we’ll happily resend the correct file or resolve the access issue. This is separate from, and does not affect, our no-refunds policy on digital sales.

Services

Our paid services are separate from digital product purchases and are not covered by the digital sales terms above.

Etsy Shop Audit

If you cancel your Etsy Shop Audit before I’ve begun working on it, you’ll receive a full refund. Once the audit is underway, it’s no longer refundable, as your dedicated slot has been reserved and the work has started.

Work With Me (1:1 Mentoring)
